This "Grand Tour" is a combination of the "Tour BA" and "Tour DC".
This tour is actually two full days of tours that do not have to be taken consecutively. The Interior of Public Buildings tour visits the White House Visitor's Center, Peterson House, World War II Memorial, the U.S. Capitol, and the National Air and Space Museum. This tour will take you on a journey through the picturesque, rolling countryside of Maryland and Pennsylvania to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, a town steeped in historic interest. The day is devoted to a tour of the town and the historic battlefield. The Gettysburg Diorama, one of the largest Miniature Military Dioramas in the United States, gives a narrated history of the Battle, accompanied by sound and light effects. The Diorama includes over 20,000 hand painted soldiers, horses, cannons and buildings. Then onto your guided tour of the Battlefield, where in July 1863 the Union Army, under General George C. Meade, defeated the Confederate forces under General Robert E. Lee. The commentary of the tour guides will help you to understand more clearly than ever before the story of the largest battle ever fought on U.S. soil. You will also view Cemetery Ridge where Abraham Lincoln delivered his famous Gettysburg Address. You may purchase your tickets in advance for the tour selections of your choice by completing the online booking form. Prepayment is not accepted within five (5) days of the tour date. You will need to go directly to the Gray Line terminal to purchase your vouchers. Orders received within 6-14 days of the tour date will be processed and tickets will be held for passengers at the Gray Line Terminal for collection upon arrival for the tour. Orders made more than 14 days in advance will be processed and sent via U.S. Mail.

Gray Line will pick up from most major Metropolitan area hotel/motels for daily tours. Because of schedule limitations it isn't possible to always return passengers directly to their hotels. Pickups will begin about one hour before the tour departs Union Station.
Meals: Meals during the tours are not included except where noted, but lunch stops are scheduled.

Cancellations: Gray Line reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, routes or prices, and to cancel or substitute tour stops without notice. Any tour may be cancelled if fewer than ten (10) full fares are sold by scheduled departure time. Tours will not operate on January 1, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
If your plans change, Gray Line tickets are valid for at least one year or are 100% refundable when you return the original tickets to our office.
ADA: Handicapped-accessible motor coaches are available upon request. Reservations require a minimum 48-hours notice to Gray Line and vehicles are based upon availability.
Courtesy Pickups: Courtesy pickups are not guaranteed; they are based upon vehicle availability. Passengers should be located at the courtesy pickup point 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled vehicle arrival time. Please refer to our latest pickup schedule.
Weather - Tours operate rain or shine. Gray Line reserves the right to cancel tours in the event of severe winter weather conditions.
Rates - All rates are subject to Washington Metropolitan Transit Commission approval. Rates are valid from April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009 or until further notice.
